As an eDiscovery Program Manager, you will work as part of a small, dynamic, high-performing team that is responsible for overseeing litigation, investigation matters involving government entities and regulators, responses to third-party requests for information and a wide range of other matters. You will provide comprehensive support to our in-house attorneys and outside counsel, as well as partner across our Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization, on eDiscovery.

This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of prior experience with eDiscovery.
Detailed understanding of all aspects of eDiscovery processes, workflows and best practices, and how they relate to the litigation lifecycle.

Help manage eDiscovery at Intuit, including: building roadmaps and planning; improving standardized processes; managing data platforms; developing and updating metrics; collaborating and communicating for impact across Legal, IT, Security, Privacy, and Procurement; innovating; and scaling.
Driving the identification, preservation, collection and processing of electronically-stored information and other data; preparing materials in response to discovery requests, subpoenas, internal investigations, and related matters; and coordinating with internal colleagues and external vendors.
Help manage all legal hold and document preservation processes, and develop updated processes, including collaborating with partners across Intuit to ensure relevant data is preserved for purposes of litigation and investigations.
Stay up to speed on industry trends, best practices, technology, and the rules and regulations of eDiscovery.
Provide support to in-house attorneys, including soliciting and gathering information from across the company to assist attorneys in providing legal advice.
Support and help manage Intuit’s responses to third-party requests for information, complying with the law and protecting the data of our company, employees and customers.
Drive or contribute to department and team projects and priorities.
Take on increasingly complex responsibilities and proactively solve problems independently as experience grows.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $126,000 – 170,000, Southern California $114,500 – 155,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
