About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and on-site meetings
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups
- Assist in posting job openings across various platforms and job boards
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate new hire paperwork
- Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in a coordinator role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
