Job Description

Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and connections to source and attract qualified candidates. Pre-screen a high number of resumes using Hiring Managers outlined requirements. Lead recruiting intake meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss goals, expectations, timeline, etc. Conduct initial phone or Teams interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for open roles. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, external Recruiting Agencies, and internal Hiring Managers. Manage full life cycle recruiting, including preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring. Conduct and review checks and negotiate employment offers. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) as well as Excel. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities, including leading job fairs. Create and implement recruiting strategies using innovative ideas and research. Serve as the main Point-of-Contact for Hiring Managers Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Review employee timesheets to ensure that the payroll system is accurate. Benefit enrollments, maintenance, and terminations (medical, dental, life, STD & LTD). Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records, electronically file forms. Help onboard new employees and offboard terminated employees. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
